an "Attorney-Mediator-Arbitrator" to lawyers in San Antonio:
Dear Fellow Attorney: After 41 years of litigation, I have decided to turn my attention to medication and arbitration.
I have been an attorney since 1957, admitted to practice in New York. ...
In addition I have been a faulty
